Cannabinoids, or CBD, is a chemical that is derived from the marijuana plant. It does not intoxicate users like related THC. CBD is used as a pain reliever, both topically and orally. There are numerous types of CBD oils in the market but how the different CBD oil effects on our bodies. Let’s see.
CBD comes in a wide range of formats for a variety of uses, but there are three major types.
Type I- The Full Spectrum CBD oil
Full-spectrum CBD oil is extracted from all parts of the hemp plant, including roots and stems, so many cannabinoids, such as CBD, THC, and CBG, are collected in one place. There is a wide range of cannabinoids (more than 200) that are currently being studied. Although there is only 0.3% or less amount of THC in the extracted oil, it can be detected.
Full-spectrum CBD oils have almost all the benefits of hemp, including omega-3, omega-6, Vitamin-E, and minerals like magnesium and calcium, etc. For these reasons, full-spectrum CBD oils are known to provide the “entourage effect.”
Type II- Isolate CBD oil
Isolate CBD oils include only a single cannabinoid. It goes through a production process that eliminates all other cannabinoids, making it approximately 99% pure CBD. Isolated CBD oils are great for pain relief and are often used in making targeted wellness products.
Type III- Broad Spectrum cannabinoid
Broad-spectrum is similar to Full-spectrum CBD oil, but there is no THC in it. During the processing, THC is completely removed. It is suitable for those who may have a drug screening, drivers, pilots, and doctors, as it has no intoxicating CBD oil effects but has the benefits of naturally-occurring vitamins and minerals.
