Other states have their regulations, and here they are: Missouri, must be 18 years or older. Maine, the CBD, must come from a licensed Maine hemp grower. Louisiana has several product restrictions. In Florida, Indiana, and Rhode Island, there are stringent labeling restrictions.
CBD is completely illegal in every form in the following states: Idaho, Iowa, and South Dakota. So, if you are going to be traveling with CBD, it is best to take a route around them.
It is important to remember that CBD does come with its risks when being taken.
